Become a Vendor with Ladies of Short Pump
Ladies of Short Pump is a marketing and community platform supporting local and women-owned businesses. Vendors sell directly to customers and retain full control of pricing, payments, and fulfillment.

How It Works​
As a vendor, you list your products and promotions on ladiesofshortpump.com. Customers purchase directly through your checkout system. Vendors are required to report monthly sales generated through LSP and pay a per-sale marketing fee.

Vendor Requirements​
Vendor participation requires independent payment processing, monthly sales reporting, timely per-sale fee payments, and full compliance with Virginia law. By continuing as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Ladies of Short Pump Vendor Agreement.

Vendor Payment Report Template​
(Monthly – Submit by the 10th)
Each monthly report must include the following information: Vendor Name, Reporting Month, Product(s) Sold, Number of Sales, Gross Sales Amount, Per-Sale Fee Owed to LSP, Total Amount Due, Payment Date, and Authorized Vendor Signature.

This agreement is suitable for DocuSign or Dropbox Sign, fillable PDF format, and website acknowledgment with electronic record retention. Recommended fields for a fillable format include Vendor Legal Name, Authorized Signer, Signature, Date, and acknowledgment of agreement terms.
