Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

 

1. Product Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.

3. Service Cancellations

If you book a service through our website and need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a partial refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Digital Products & Vendor Listings

Digital downloads and vendor listing fees are non-refundable once accessed or published.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
